From I5 North: Head south past Eugene, take exit 188A, Willamette Hwy. Stay to the left toward Oakridge & Hwy 58, go under the overpass, and take your first right onto Matthews Rd. Go 1.6 miles; Four Hooves Veterinary Clinic is on your left.
From South on I5: Head North past Creswell, take exit 188A, Willamette Hwy, Hwy 58. Turn right, and immediately turn right again onto Matthews Rd. Go 1.6 miles; Four Hooves Veterinary Clinic is on your left.
